Hi, I’m Dave and I have been using Pagerduty for over a year now. The company I work for was using Pagerduty as an alert system on a few servers, but when I heard about it and its potential I quickly expanded this service for all of our On-Call support teams. This service save thousands on manual calls to our support resources per year and greatly lowered the response and resolution times!
